Freeman Construction Corporation was incorporated on September 27, 1990. The company was founded primarily to construct apartment complexes that are owned by closely held corporations and real estate limited partnerships in which Richard B. Freeman, II, is a key principal. The Company conducts business as a General Contractor and has served as the General Contractor for 2,178 apartment units as listed below:
